3d model of Manhattan lower district part,( Brooklyn side, around water street) No building is flat on the top, even small buildings have the typical ridges on the roofs.The sidewalk corners are all rounded like in reality. All buildings are located and are scaled based satellite images.Each building,have height and shapes exact as original. The rendering is setup in Vray. Only in the 3ds max version,VRay lighting and setup file also included. I also included a non-illuminated 3DsMax version with standard materials,(if you do not use Vray) No 3rd party plugin needed.
