Great looking Big Toys playground set. Includes slides, climbers and other activities. Wood texture is 9000x9000 pixels in size. Metal version is also included in Max 2012 w/Vray format. Materials are simple to change as desired. Only two texture maps are present. Playground fits into a rectangle 27'x24'(8.2m x 7.3m) in size. In Max formats: All metal and plastic components have their low poly cage preserved(see wire renderings) and can be set to a desired smoothing level. All wood components are subdivided once. In FBX and OBJ: All playground components are subdivided once. - Model is placed at origin - Real world scale - Quad only model - Clean scene without any lights, cameras or other objects.
