Scary Room Stairwell Scan Model 3D

This scary room stairwell model was a photogrammetry scan that has been rebuilt as a real time low polygon game ready model. Its life began from over 900 photographs taken with tripod and remote control in RAW format with a Sony Alpha mirrorless camera with high quality lens. These very sharp photos were then run through Reality Capture software to export out a million polygon model. The scan is then imported into Maya 2017 and rebuilt with a mere 12 thousand polygons, clean unwrapped UV's, and scaled to real world size. After this the clean model is re-imported into Reality Capture again to project back the photos giving you two 8k photo realistic textures. These textures are cleanly laid out, easy to edit in Photoshop, with a size of 8192x8192 square png. Full package includes the low polygon model in native Maya 2017 binary format, two 8k textures, and additional formats, ma, obj, and fbx. BONUS, now including four 7k panoramic HDR 360 images which can be used for image based lighting in any 3D package. This file is great for CG rendering and optimized for easy VR walk around and game creation. This 3D model was featured in the Autodesk blog "Journey to VR", used in over 30 tutorial videos in Maya, 3DSMax, and Unreal Engine.
