SciFi Buildings Animated and modular Model 3D

SciFi Buildings,animated and modular , low-poly 3d model ready for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games and other real-time apps. They are created to be used, with numerous possible combinations. Also fit for film making,student projects,animation and all other real-time apps. Works great on all platforms,consoles , PC and mobile. All buildings / segments use/ share one single material,originally Created in 8K resolution (8192 x 8192),also looks great when downscaled to 2K or 1K. It is PBR adjusted,comes with classic texture map setup in TGA format. ( Diffuse, Emissive, Normals, Specular, Roughness, and one Alfa-Specular for Unity ) Some building segments have an animated loop. You can use them as they are,or you can rip them apart and build a completely different facility,using their parts. Original scene is in 3D Max 2018 ,but i also provided 2015 type /version. It contains the toolbox with 15 source parts and 5 default building examples Besides that,the set also comes in classic OBJ , 3Ds and FBX formats.
