hello I created this modular scifi game level (engine ready) which can be used in any game engine smoothly every modular part can be used in game level and you can make the feel by your own choice by using the modular parts the Polygon count i gave is sum of all the objects in the modular level each part is lowpoly and textured and UV'ed you can find all the models and textures in the rar file it contains 2 folders containing both levels,fbx and c4d files and information each modular part has its own diffusion map metallness map roughness map normal map all the maps are 2k sizes FBX --- C4D --- MAPS(JPEG/PNG) INCLUDED the renders are the screenshots taken in unreal engine on realtime gameplay :) you are welcome to ask any question or help :) buy and enjoy
