Detailed 3D model of self storage units with curtain style roll-up doors and LED flood ligts. Other than the bolts and screws with other minor objects, models have unwrapped UVWs. Real world scale in centimeters. Door sizes: - 250 x 220cm (10 units) - 100 x 220cm (8 units) Total polygons and vertices: 534190 polygons 562695 vertices Over 1360 screws (single object) have 245340 polygons. Can be easily removed at a loss of details for better poly-count. Split into 51 object. Every roll up door model is made out of 6 grouped objects. 6 textures included (with max formats).
