Detailed model, enough for close-up renders. Textures will be added later (in a month) Originally modelled in 3ds max 8. Different formats avaiable. Correctly scaled accurate representation of the original object, no additional work needed. Provided both 1 object and then the same version but splitted by each element (the original objects before attaching them to a one single object). Objects are in their own layer. Each item has unique name. No part-name confusion when importing. Door can be easily opened (the pivot of door object is correctly placed).
