This low polygon high quality normal mapped model is ready for game use. Each different mesh that makes up this model is a separate object that can be moved around how you see fit. Since each object is unique, they each have their own texture coordinates and normal maps. Only the scarf has a texture map. This was normal mapped from a 200,000 polygon version.
