Besides the head has detailed geometry with great edge flow that appropriate for facial animation. For hair I used polygon-hair workflow. The character sculpted in ZBrush, modelled in 3ds Max and final images rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. For some images I added some post effects in Photoshop. I used PBR and skin shaders and textures to really bring this man to life. The character also was modeled in real-world scale.
