A-10C Thunderbolt II - Operação Liberdade Duradoura Modelo 3D

The A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American single-seat, twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft developed in the early 1970s. The A-10 was designed to provide close air support for ground forces by attacking tanks and other armored vehicles. In 2005, the entire A-10 fleet also began receiving the Precision Engagement upgrades that include an improved fire control system, electronic countermeasures, and the ability to aim smart bombs. The aircrafts that received this upgrade were redesignated A-10C. The model is in the colors of 23rd TFS and it's complete with the typical mixed loadout employed over Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom: Litening targeting pod, MK-82 and GBU-38 bombs, LAU-131 rocket launcher.
