The texture size is 2048x2048px for both diffuse and bump maps.
Also included is the chess board with two 2k diffuse and one 2k bump map.

Those images are rendered with Vray 1.5 SP5 via 3dsmax 2011. The MAX file setup contains the Vray studiolightning.
