Can I use it for commercial purposes?

Can anyone help me figure out how to load this on maya? It always shows "cannot read file type". I've tried changing the file type but it says it can't read the code. This happens with all .mb files I try, and I am on the latest version of Maya. SOS!!!

Well I downloaded it and it took some extra work to get it to look good as an obj. But well worth the effort. It is a superb model. and this just happens to be the bat mobile that i like the most..... As requested can i have your permission to post it as a conversion to wavefront obj. Thanks for the model
