Garagem Modelo 3D

- This is Model of Garage built up from wood with a metal roll up door .. and wooden fence along with simple landscape with one road and small side road - The door is rigged in the maya file format you just move the locator ((( Door Handle))) up and down the door will be opened and closed .. the movement path is limited so as not to exceed the limit - For the 3ds Max version you move the door ( along the path) up and down so as it will open and close - The Model is originally modeled and textured in maya most of the UVs are not overlapped except the handle of the water pipes .. the modelled is then imported to 3ds Max and the materials were made for 3ds max - Both Maya and 3ds Max are rendered using mental ray .. no external plug-ins all testures are included that appear in the thumbnails - It's all modeled in Polygons no nurbs or sub division surfaces - All parts of the scene are named in a good hirachery and also all the materials and textures are organized in good naming - For The statistics of the model Maya: Buildng & fence alone : Verts: 4228 Faces 4012 All the scene including ground and road: Verts: 5708 Faces: 5269 3dS Max Building and fence alone Verts: 4969 Faces: 5476 All scene including ground and road: Verts: 6449 Faces: 6733
