Laser distance meter. Based on a real distance meter, available on Aliexpress. The native format is blend (2.8) with Cycles renderer, but you can use fbx to import it to another package. Also, this model looks pretty good in new Eevee renderer. The lowpoly version is included and can be used in game engines.
