The construction mesh is mainly modeled with quads and has 1291 polys for fast viewport rendering and can be subdivided with any level of detail you need. The optimal sub-d level for this model is 1-2 subdivision iterations,just apply a subdivision algorithm to the base mesh to smooth it. The mesh is clean and studied for best deformation for animation.
