********GENERAL INFO********
This is a realistic looking man from the medieval times, with his 'gadgets' shoulder armor, belt and leather bag. He is not wearing shoes and has a bit filth on his feet. The shape of the body represents not a perfect realistic, but somewhat cartoonic features, like the big shoulders. Made in Blender v2.78.
Also a metric scale is used for this model, the man is 1,86 meters tall.
********SHADERS&TEXTURES********
Color, normal and specular maps are used for every material.
For the skin additional subsurface scattering and frenels shaders.
Most texture images are hand painted, and are jpg or png format.
All textures with an even resolution size, like:
Head_skin: 8096x8096 px
Skin_legs: 4096x4096 px
********OBJECTS AND PARTS********
Hair emiiter was use for the hair(Scalp, beard, eyebrows and eyelashes).
All parts of the head(neck, lips, teeth etc) as well as the body(legs, arms, pants, core etc)are grouped, see (vertex group option). I assume this will come in handy for rigging.
OBJECTS: Head, 2 eyes(child iris), body, leather sac(bag), belt, beltbuckle, shoulderarmor, shoulderbelt, armstrips, rope 1 & 2(wich are holding the leather bag) and shoulderbeltbuckles.
These objects can be removed if wished.
Origin/pivot points for all objects are all put to the center of mass.
********DIGITAL LOGISTICS********
The blend files is packed, relative pathways is used for all image textures. Meaning by opening the files textures in material are visible so you don't have to manually link texture pathways in blender.
Also everthing(materials, textures vertex groups, hair etc) is named accordingly in blender as well in the directory.
Other good info:
--> Normals are facing the right way (facing outwards ofcourse)
--> Checked or doublevertices, faces etc.
All textures and files included in a .zip file. Also these textures are named as well as the materials so you can always relate everything.
