This is a model of a generic large oil or fuel tanker ship during the 1940s and WWII. It is built to be near to scale and its general arrangement is accurate for some large tankers. It has multiple textures with high resolution. This is a commercial tanker and not painted in military or camo colors. This model comes with all textures and materials shown here. It is also provided in multiple formats. The movement of oil and fuels all over the world was especially important during the war. Allied and Axis armies, navies, and air forces were dependant on fuel to continue fighting and tankers were used to move the fuel all over the world. These ships were in continual use until the 1980s when super tankers became predominant and they were retired or scrapped.
