Water Treatment Clarifier (Circular) Clarification is the oldest and most widely used operation in the effective treatment of wastewater. Clarifiers in the activated sludge process serve a dual purpose. They provide a clarified effluent and a concentrated source of sludge for maintaining process control, removing sediment, turbidity, and floating material from wastewater. 3D Model This model was built under 3ds Max 2016, and is dense in its construction. The basin of the model is split down the center to allow for internal rending infographics or creating explanation tutorials. Animation The model is animated, as the rake spins uninterrupted at 360 degrees. The FBX contains baked keyframes, but make sure your timeline is set to 800 (default is 100). Mapping and Baked Textures Mapping was baked at 4096 x 4096, and includes various structures of the clarifier. You simply assign the appropriate material and texture to the named structure. All structures are UV'ed and flattened. File Formats Max 2016 Native FBX OBJ Renderer This scene is set up with V-Ray 3.6 under Max 2016. All materials are V-Ray.
