Exam Room created for rendering. Nothing too fancy, just a small file to get some quick renders out of for magazines, newspapers, cover art, etc. Enjoy!
All texture maps included.
Revit 2011 and Revit 2016 models included.

All equipment shown in imagery is in the 3dsMax model. This contains about a dozen models that you would otherwise have to download separately somewhere else.
