I made this model for your Sci-fi futuristic architecture documentary films, games or animations, Matte Painting & VFX projects. This building is my own design it has a solar energy system unit on top of it. So Main idea of this building is (SOLAR ENERGY) Also it has a V.I.P transport ship, landing area and hangar.
I take render with mentalray it gives it more realistic results. But you can render it in other render engines that you like you can easily apply your won materials.
Also I added OBJ and FBX files of this model. Hope you like.
