Units setup is in cm. --- All objects and materials are properly and uniquely named. Each house has its own unique code name (e.g. am 00, am 01 etc) and all materials and elements have that code (e.g. roof am00, roof am01...) so can not be confusion when you put the houses together in the scene. ---- Clean geometry. No n-gons, overlapping faces or vertices. No interiors.
