Blender file with all lights included. OBJ file for each light. FBX file for each light. Separeted materials. No textures. No show room included. Each light model has an unique emission material, however if importing OBJ / FBX the emission material will not actually be an emission, so you will need to change the material type to an emission in your 3D software for the lights.
