Rowboat made in autodesk maya natively in low density polygons for better optimization in your scene, it contains 2 .mb files one contains the settings and lights used for the preview result, the other contains only the modeling. later it was transferred to c4d.
The textures were made in substance, and there are 2 in the project, one is from the boat that is in a resolution of 8k and the other is from the oars in 4k, both contain their respective channels:
