I have provided 5 model files first one is the blend file which is the native program used.
I have also provided a collada, 3ds, fbx, obj, and an stl file
product includes low poly island model along with materials and includes trees, clouds and sky shown in preview images

Leaves on plant all use real geometry and subdivision level is adjustable
blend file is ready to render and all preview images are rendered with cycles 2.79 screenshots were taken during the creation of the scene
