File: 3dsmax 2010 (File not backwards compatible)
Materials: Arch + Design
Note: Only Sofa and Table are included.
****FBX does not export render settings. So this is the fix if you are using 3dsmax.
1) Turn Renderer to: Mental Ray
2) Set exposure control to: MR Photographic with Physically based Outdoor Daylight.
**** 3DS is not textured.
