Collection of large animated ocean surfaces in 3 different weather situations. All 3 ocean surfaces are 10000m x 10000m, all shading networks are setup with native procedural maps. You need no further plugins apart from V-Ray. You need V-Ray 2.x or higher to be able to render the shown object/water interaction. The ocean surface is animated for a duration of 1000 frames. Please see the 8 second previews of the animation in the "Previews" section on the right. Each ocean scenario resides on its own layer including the light setup. Simply enable the type of ocean you would like to have in the layer manager in 3dsmax and disable the other two. All objects shown, together with 2 surrounding HDR maps are included in the file along with an explanatory screenshot illustrating how to make any object of your choosing create contact waves. All preview images rendered with V-Ray. No postwork was done on the renderings. 3dsmax was set to a linear workflow with a Gamma of 2.2 set in the preferences (important for V-Ray).
