This model was build with 3ds Max 2014, V-Ray 3.00.03 it is highly accurate (real world scale), perfect for architectural and town planning projects.
Surface scene : ~ 460 km2
Most of buildings are boxes, some others are more detailed like skycrapers.
The scene is well organized by layers.
Scene include all materials, lights and V-Ray parameters.
