Stone stairs asset for games and realtime renderers. Efficient and lightweight model. Modeled to real world scale. FBX and Max file has real world scale. FBX will open with all material settings intact in Unreal Engine 4 into right scale. No scaling needed. Normals are baked using XNormal, thus have Xnormal's Mikk tangent base. Latest version of Unreal Engine 4 supports Mikk tangent base so no conversion is necessary. Texture resolution is 2048x2048. Clean non-overlapping UVs in hard edges. The UVs work well with light maps in Unreal Engine. Albedo, specular, gloss and normal maps are included, and the original Photoshop file with layers and non-destructive workflow. All tris with mesh normals properly set in Max. No smoothing errors, isolated vertices or coplanar faces. 989 tris and 531 verts. This asset is a must have since it can be repeated and used again and again in game projects. This really is a game-ready model. Tested in Marmoset Toolbag 2 and Unreal Engine 4.
