The model is real-world scale.

All objects are named properly, and are organized with layers.
The geometry is setup with the Subdivision Surface modifier, so that you can easily readjust the resolution of the model:
Base model: Polygons=15,288; Vertices=15,512
1 Subdivision: Polygons=61,120; Vertices=61,596
You'll get the exported files in 4 formats (3ds, dae, fbx, obj).
All of them are tested in Unity 5.
