Thanks for viewing my Jaguar F Type! What it is: Jaguar's nod to the legendary E-type, bringing back the two seat roadster to the Jaguar nameplate again. The design is new and different for Jaguar, yet still keeps the familial face of its siblings. About the product: Native format is Maya 2008 and renderer is Mental Ray. Uses standard Maya materials and Mental Ray MIA shaders. No special plugins needed. Model features some of the factory colors already done for you. Care and attention was taken to match the factory colors to the real thing. Simply right click in the hypershade on the existing color and click on 'select objects with material' and then go to the one you like and click 'assign material to selection'. Also included is Maya material only version, no Mental Ray materials. Smoothing: Car comes with smoothMesh modifiers, just click the body of the car, and roof, go to the smoothMesh modifier, and slide to 1. When you download, the car will come unsmoothed. Smoothable surfaces are 100% quads. Non-smoothable parts have some triangles and n-gons. Smoothing levels: LOD 0 = 181833 faces, 361995 triangles LOD 1 = 253145 faces, 504201 triangles Scale: Overall dimensions and wheelbase are created to scale in real world scale at coordinates 0,0,0.
