High quality model two bedroom house - 65 meter square. It is possible to use 3 different models: The first have roof created from the tiles and its large file ideal for close-ups. Vertices: 161311 The other has a smaller file because it uses the texture for the roof excellent for background objects. Vertices: 16726 Third file is update house with colorful facade and more details. Vertices: 161363 All details on the house have been fully modeled out (roof shingles, siding, shutters etc) making the model ideal for close-ups and even print work. Material colors can be easily changed if desired. All files have been successfully tested for importing and rendering, zip file include materials in high res. and acad.dwg blueprints.
