(Material editor-- click on the type of material--upper left- Browse from: choose Mtl library, below that- open and choose the vray materials and then just click in the upper middle of the dialogue box on the button called "Update scene materials from library" Detailed model, enough for close-up renders. Originally modelled in 3ds max 8. Different formats avaiable. Correctly scaled accurate representation of the original object, no additional work needed. Objects are in their own layer. Each item has unique name. No part-name confusion when importing. There are seweral version, one with simplier roof and straight wooden planks on walls, this version has: 212036 polygons 192206 vertices. Then there is also more detailed version with more polygon count on each roof tile and more realistic, little bit uneven (crooked) wooden planks. This has 780 870 polygons 452 820 vertices.
