The model has trialngular and quadrangular polygons only (10 % tris and 90% quads) The model has 100% Scale, placed in 0,0,0 coordinates and doesn't have rotations All parts placed in one layer. No multi-materials or color fills. The file is ready to use and does not contain extraneous elements such as a camera and light sources All folderss contain Arch & Design and Standard materials with the same Bitmap textures in the library. In the original * max format file, Arch & Design materials are superimposed onto the object. They are also used for rendering. In the OBJ and FBX files, Standard materials are superimposed onto the object. After converting to the original format, All files contain Arch & Design and Standard materials with the same Bitmap textures in the library.
