This cartoon scaffolding native format is Cinema 4D R19. The Cinema 4D file has materials applied, and an HDRI sky object setup. You just need to load an HDRI image into the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel. This uses Cinema 4D built in materials so they will not be in the FBX or Obj files. Those files will just have colors. The Cinema file is also setup with SDS for higher resolution rendering with the paint buckets. The Obj and Fbx files come in a lower polygon count file and a higher poly count file.
