The City can be edited easily, every building can be individually selected so you can mix them around for the variety you wish. It is possible to increase the size of the city by multiplying the model, the result can be seen in one of the presentation images, where the model of the downtown is multiplied 4 times. There are two Max files in the main zipped file, one with the full scale city, and the other one missing the cars and trees, so it won't be so heavy to handle with.
