This is detailed 3d model of a Cottage. High resolution and realistic, fully detailed and textured model. File contains all the light settings and render settings, you can direct rendering. V-Ray plugin was used for rendering, some materials and lights. All textures are included, though some materials use 3ds Max`s procedural maps instead of bitmap.
