For small leather details high resolution 32-bit displacement map is included allowing render full detailed model with less geometry in viewport. The realistic sofa is modelled with quad polygons only, in real-world scale in cm, centered at origin, ready to be used directly in scene. It has turbosmooth and displacement modifiers allowing small polycount in viewport, and full detailed model in render.
