You can add/ or delete Meshsmooth, TurboSmooth or equivalent subdivision modifier in extra software to change the poly count. Materials are packed with each 3d format archive. V-ray materials are assigned. Render setup, lights preset and cameras are included. The final images were edited in Photoshop ("Mix Curve" used). So use this outdoor scene for your future art jobs.
