This model can be used to visualize the exterior, terraces, courtyards, gardens, parks.
Developed by 3ds Max 2016, it contains FBX, OBJ and texture files.
This model opens in an older version of 3ds Max 2013 and can be opened in any compatible package.
I imaged using Corona Render 5 and an HDRI map. There is a possibility to use TurboSmooth. The size of the textures is 4096 x 4096 pixels.
