This is the Harley-Davidson Low Rider. The objects are linked with an empty called "HD-LOW-RIDER" for a complete movement. The steering wheel can rotate with the local z of the empty "HD-LOW-RIDER-LENKRAD" and the two wheels can rotate with their own circle empties called "HD-LOW-RIDER-HInterrad" and "HD-LOW-RIDER-Vorderrad".
