These are elements in a scene that can be used to
represent home mortgages, home construction or other
forms of construction related subjects.
There are smooth nodes on certain geometry.
The hammer has a control node that aids in animation
and there are custom attributes attached to the curve
that control smooth on the geometry.
The psd files for all textured elements are included.
This scene was built in Maya 2010 and rendered using
an HDRI image on a sphere (Image not included here)
with mental Ray set to final gather.
Poly and Vert counts are totals for all geometry in
the scene.
