A house day scene with modifiers preserved making it easy to edit and change. Made in 3dsmax 2009, meaning it can be opened and edited in later 3dsmax versions (2010 to 2017). Textures and maps in Vray are included. The house also includes the flooring of the interior, making it suitable for interior scenes. Vray Sun and Lights are included and ready to be turned ON and OFF making it easy for a night scene. Plants are varied from small garden pond plants to a big dry tree and they are specially created with some variations. Vines and stones are created with particle arrays, making it flexible to change. Grass are created with Vray Fur with length and density mapping included. The house scene is suitable for pros and students.
