Everything seen on renders are included. Scene setups are made in 3ds Max 2016 / Vray 3.2 Renders are default vray max renders. Only background color is added in PS. Max file includes non collapsed modifier stack, original mesh wire can be seen on renders. Materials include procedural dirt layer for aging. FBX/OBJ file has non subdivided version, can be subdivided on other programs. FBX/OBJ file might not have materials/textures applied, as it was converted from Vray scene.
