A laptop is a basic prop that is great for architectural rendering and can give a lot of personality to a scene or room.
The model is few polygons, and the PBR textures allow you to easily import this into a game.
The top and bottom parts are separate objects, and it was made in a way that allows you to easily animate it opening and closing. In fact, you can even do it inside a game engine.
