Model is fairly accurate after extensive research .
Comes with simple interior rooms.
Topology is mostly quads, clean and optimized for faster renders.
Textures range from 4k to 512.
Some Remap-HSV Maya nodes are used in this scene to desaturating the original color map so it can pass as a Specular map removing the need for a second texture file to be loaded.
Scene is in real world scale and has a foot cube.
