I have two versions for you, one version with 922 polys, one version with 15 612 polys,
922 polys version comes with 2 textures for parts of the seat back against. You can easily change the pattern for the back of the seat based accordance with texture plate (red is the default color)
With low poly chair, you can use the restaurant with the same chair and the file size is not large
