Realistic simulation of cloth torn with 3ds max 2013, using the cloth modifier. Two versions of the project. -collapsed, the project is lightweight -editable in order to modify the properties of the cloth See the previews videos and check the realism of the simulation. You can map the cloth as you like, due to the UVW Map modifier. Breaking the cloth will not alter the mapping. With this article could avoid long work and cloth simulation.
