You are looking at a completely accessible 4 story, urban building in a middle eastern style, specifically designed to be used as ingame architecture, for first, or third - person games. It perfectly matches Urban Building 01 and 02`s style, which, together, make up for a nice scenery. More buildings are to come, so stay tuned. Originally modeled in Maya 2013 it has only 11567 polygons and is therefore very performance friendly. The different stories and windows are left modular, so feel free to alter the geometry to your individual needs. It comes with 14 different and mostly tilable textures, as color, normal and specular map, as well as with setup materials. These are also a perfect base to create otzer structures with. It's beautiful textures makes it also suitable for closeup shots and rendering scenarios. The renderings are done with the Maya viewport 2.0 to give a better preview of the actual ingame result.
