This Character model was created in blender 2.82.. it is fully rigged except for the face rig.
it can be used for any kind of animation in closeup or as background prop, etc
You can retexture it as you may wish , I have put simple skin textures and some clothing textures.
the model is cleanly and properly UV unwrapped, giving you an easy job if you decide to retexture it.
