This is a low-poly model of a residential building, blends with small city environments. Previews were rendered with V-Ray and a V-Ray Material was used. Some color previews are specified as being rendered with Default Scanline. Both the Standard and V-Ray version are available. 3Ds and OBJ are also available. The only plug-in needed is V-Ray 1.5, and only for the V-Ray file. The other ".max" file is standard renderer and does not need plug-ins. Fully unwrapped. 4096x4096 pixels textures. All textures are included in each zip file. Textures are ".jpg" format. The model is a single polygonal mesh. Real scale. Real world units. Set in centimeters. About 17 meters x 15 meters.
